his choice matte ribbon bar measures 3/8″ wide by 4 1/4″ in length and has a 2 clutch pins and fasteners, all in perfect order. The ribbons are, Good Conduct ribbon, Hatian Campaign ribbon and finally the Indian Campaign ribbon. T
